TingFM Terms of Service

1. Introduction

TingFM (“the App”) is an online radio player that allows users to listen to publicly available live radio streams from around the world. TingFM does not host, store, or redistribute any audio content. It functions solely as a directory and player of radio stations broadcasting openly via the Internet.

TingFM is not a broadcaster and does not control the content of any radio station listed within the app.

2. Ownership and Copyright

All radio streams, station names, logos, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. TingFM makes no claim of ownership or affiliation with any listed station or content provider.

All content is streamed directly from the broadcaster’s publicly available servers. If any content owner believes their rights are being infringed, please contact us at tangfou@gmail.com , and we will promptly remove or disable access to the relevant stream.

3. Use of the Service

TingFM is provided for personal and non-commercial use only. Users may not record, download, copy, or redistribute any streamed content obtained through this app.

You agree not to use TingFM in any unlawful way, or to access any content that violates copyright or broadcast restrictions.

4. Third-Party Content

TingFM provides links or playback access to audio streams offered by third-party broadcasters. TingFM has no editorial control over the programming or availability of these streams.

TingFM is not responsible for:

The nature, accuracy, or legality of third-party broadcasts.
The interruption, modification, or removal of any streams by the content provider.

All third-party content remains the responsibility of its original broadcaster.

5. Copyright Protection and Compliance

TingFM fully respects all applicable copyright laws and does not bypass, interfere with, or disable any copyright protection mechanisms.

If any broadcaster or rights holder contacts us claiming unauthorized use, we will investigate immediately and remove the related stream if appropriate.

TingFM is provided “as is,” without any warranty or guarantee of continuous operation. TingFM’s developers are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or unavailability of this service.

All users acknowledge and agree that:

TingFM does not own or control third-party content.
All responsibility for legal compliance and content authorization rests with the original broadcasters.

7. Rights and Terms for Apple Apps

TingFM is distributed via the Apple App Store. By using TingFM on Apple devices, you acknowledge that this Agreement is solely between you and TingFM, and not with Apple Inc..

Apple is not responsible for:

The content, operation, or functionality of TingFM;
Any copyright or intellectual property disputes arising from your use of TingFM;
Any legal claims, damages, or liabilities related to third-party streams available through the App.

You agree that all such responsibilities and liabilities are solely assumed by TingFM and its owner, Peng Tang, the legal representative of tingfm.com.

8. Rights and Terms for Android Apps

TingFM is distributed via the Google Play Store. All claims, disputes, or copyright issues arising from your use of TingFM are the sole responsibility of the app owner, Peng Tang.

Neither Google LLC nor the Google Play Store is responsible for:

TingFM’s content, operation, or functionality;
Any copyright or intellectual property disputes;
Any legal claims, damages, or liabilities arising from third-party streams accessed through the App.

By using TingFM, you agree that:

Google is not liable for any claims related to third-party content;
All legal responsibility is borne by TingFM’s developer and operator.
