About
One America News Network (OAN) is a cable news network headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, United States. It was founded in 2013 by Newsmax Media chairman Christopher Ruddy. The network bills itself as a "news source you can trust" that offers a "conservative perspective."
OAN programming includes news bulletins, live reports, interviews, and commentary from a conservative perspective. Its coverage focuses on political issues, national security, culture, and entertainment. The network also airs documentaries, feature programming, and lifestyle programming.
OAN has partnerships with other conservative media outlets, such as The Daily Caller and Judicial Watch. It has been criticized by some media watchdogs for promoting conspiracy theories and for having a political bias. However, it has also been praised for providing a conservative alternative to other cable news networks.
